Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Most packages arrive within 5-9 business days after shipment unless otherwise stated (5-14 business days for international shipments).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA on orders over $75. For domestic orders which do not qualify for free shipping, our standard shipping charge is $7.50.

International Shipping

We ship to the vast majority of countries worldwide. Our standard international shipping charge is $7.50.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@djskog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@skoggy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
