Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This begins once the order confirmation email is received.
We understand the importance of delivering packages swiftly and on time, so we partnered with several warehouses throughout the United States to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. The majority of orders in the USA are eligible for Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Same-Week Delivery. If your order is eligible for one of these options, the quickest option will be visible on the product page and selectable on the checkout page.
If your order is ineligible for one of these shipping options due to a product stockout or an address outside of our warehouses' service areas, then you will be offered our Standard Delivery service, delivering in 1-2 weeks.
English Speaking Countries (Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand)
Deliveries to English-Speaking countries outside of the United States are also eligible for our Standard Delivery service, delivering in 1-2 weeks.
Rest Of World (Non-English Speaking)
We deliver to all countries worldwide. Deliveries to countries not previously mentioned are eligible for our International Delivery service, delivering in 1-4 weeks depending on your local carrier. We promise to deliver to your local carrier within 1-2 weeks.
Import Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within your given delivery estimate, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
